Integrated Partners (“Integrated”), a national financial planning and registered investment advisory (RIA) firm serving more than $30 billion in assets under advisement (AUA), announced that Integrated Private Wealth (“IPW”), its private wealth firm focused on serving business owners and their families, has expanded its leadership and advisory team with three new appointments and one internal promotion.
The appointments include Ron Bowker as chief of staff, Emmett Maguire III, CFA, as director of multi-asset strategy and research, and Audree Bobinger as associate family advisor, alongside the promotion of Marquis Richardson, AWMA®, to associate family advisor. Together, the four professionals strengthen IPW's operational infrastructure, investment expertise and financial planning capabilities as the firm continues to serve families navigating complex wealth management needs.
Launched to guide business owners and their families through significant liquidity events and business transitions, IPW combines specialized financial planning, investment management and coordination across tax, estate and other professional disciplines. The firm's continued investment in talent reflects its commitment to delivering sophisticated advice while maintaining the personal relationships and coordinated service that define its approach.
“Business owners and families navigating significant financial transitions need more than investment management. They need a team that understands how each decision impacts their broader financial picture,” said Homer Smith, executive director of Integrated Private Wealth. “By bringing together professionals with complementary expertise across investments, planning and operations, we're strengthening our ability to help clients navigate complexity with thoughtful, coordinated advice.”
The appointments reinforce IPW's approach to serving business owners before, during and after major liquidity events, when financial decisions often extend beyond traditional portfolio management. By bringing together investment expertise, family wealth planning and operational support, the firm aims to help clients address the interconnected decisions involved in business transitions, retirement and multigenerational wealth.
“Our focus has never been simply on growing the size of our team. It's about building the right team around the families we serve,” Smith added. “Each of these professionals brings a distinct perspective and set of capabilities that enhances how we work together. That depth of expertise, paired with a highly personalized approach, is central to the experience we want every client to have.”
