Corpay, a global leader in business payments, and Computer Guidance Corporation, a leading provider of construction enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, announced the release of a new joint case study showcasing the impact of their integrated accounts payable (AP) automation solution for mutual customer, S.T. Wooten.
For years, the two organizations have partnered to help construction firms modernize and streamline their back-office operations. Through the eCMS Connect for Corpay integration, customers gain the ability to securely automate their entire payments process, directly within the ERP they already use to manage projects and finances.
Built on a flexible, API-based framework, the solution enables real-time data exchange between Corpay's payment automation platform and Computer Guidance's eCMS ERP system. This allows finance teams to gain visibility, improve accuracy, and reduce the burden of manual processing, all while capitalizing on rebate potential and eliminating reliance on paper checks.
"An API-based integration like ours allows for real-time, ubiquitous data exchange between eCMS and Corpay," said Sean Collins, .NET Development Manager, Computer Guidance Corporation. "This ensures data remains accurate and secure, allowing construction companies to automate payment workflows with confidence."
The newly published case study features S.T. Wooten, a leading heavy highway and site development contractor based in North Carolina. The company implemented the integrated Corpay and eCMS solution to reduce payment friction, strengthen vendor relationships, and free up time for its AP team to focus on more strategic initiatives.
"We're excited to highlight this shared success with Computer Guidance," said Mia Curd, Relationship Manager IIII at Corpay. "Our combined solution is built to solve real challenges for construction finance teams. Our goal is to simplify workflows, improve control, and drive meaningful cost savings at scale."
