Financial Recovery Strategies, LLC (FRS), a leading provider of class action settlement claims management and recovery services, is pleased to announce an operating agreement—already in effect— advancing its growing relationship with Spectrum Settlement Recovery (Spectrum), furthering the strategic alliance entered into nearly a year ago.

Through this agreement, FRS will manage sales and marketing activities for both companies. Spectrum clients seeking representation in future cases will be directed to the FRS team, ensuring uninterrupted access to the best-in-class services they are accustomed to.

While Spectrum will continue to separately represent its legacy clients in the historic $5.5 billion Visa and Mastercard Payment Card settlement, the two companies will also advance their cooperation in that case. Spectrum's Payment Card clients will benefit from FRS's talented team, as well as its proprietary technology and comprehensive service model.

FRS, along with its unclaimed property and asset recovery subsidiary, FRS UP, employs approximately 50 full-time professionals, including 8 attorneys and 11 former claims administrators. These resources are now available to support Spectrum's clients in future cases, delivering an unmatched level of legal, operational, and strategic expertise.

To further strengthen ties, Spectrum co-founder Howard Yellen will join the FRS Advisory Board.

"This step represents our ongoing investment in client success," said Michael Epstein, Founder and CEO of FRS. "We're proud to serve Spectrum's clients, and even more excited to welcome Howard to our Advisory Board. His wealth of experience in the class action settlement claims management sector will help us keep innovating and evolving."

Spectrum is no less enthusiastic. "We're excited to see our decades of work carried forward by a leader like Michael and his unmatched team of professionals," said Yellen. "And joining the Advisory Board lets me keep contributing to our clients and stay involved in the industry." Yellen continued, "No doubt there is more to follow once our payment card claims are done", with Epstein concurring, "Our future together is exciting!"
