PointsKash Inc., an emerging fintech innovator redefining how consumers and merchants transact, has signed a new Independent Software Vendor (ISV) agreement with Paysafe, the U.S.-based subsidiary of Paysafe Ltd., a global leader in digital commerce and payment solutions.
Under the agreement, PointsKash will integrate Paysafe’s advanced merchant processing and payment-rail connectivity directly into the PointsKash Rewards, Loyalty & Payments App. The integration will enable businesses of all sizes to access enterprise-grade payment capabilities within a single, unified digital platform.
The partnership brings together Paysafe’s global payments infrastructure—spanning card processing, digital wallets, online cash solutions, and merchant acquiring—with PointsKash’s proprietary, patented, and patent-pending technology designed to connect traditional payment rails with digital-asset interoperability. Together, the companies aim to create a next-generation merchant fintech marketplace that supports card, debit, ACH, and digital asset payments through a seamless experience.
The ISV agreement plays a central role in PointsKash’s planned market launch in mid-Q1 2026, when the company will debut its feature-rich Rewards, Loyalty & Payments App. The platform is designed to integrate best-in-class vendors and financial services providers, delivering a more flexible and modern payments experience for both merchants and consumers.
The collaboration also represents a key step in PointsKash’s evolution toward Payment Facilitator (PayFac) status, providing merchants with access to competitive pricing and sophisticated processing across multiple payment channels. In addition, the Paysafe integration will support the rollout of PointsKash’s “PK Kash” universal rewards currency and its industry-wide rewards and loyalty redemption engine, which aims to seamlessly connect loyalty, payments, and digital assets at the point of sale.
By combining secure global payment infrastructure with innovative rewards and digital asset capabilities, the partnership positions PointsKash to expand its footprint in the evolving fintech and digital commerce landscape as it prepares for its 2026 launch.
